520			_aEsta ponencia interroga cómo se construyen las identidades y alteridades de género en las escuelas considerando que la enseñanza es una actividad mayoritariamente realizada por mujeres. La anterior pregunta lleva a considerar que es urgente estudiar las perspectivas de las maestras sobre la equidad de género y el papel que ellas tienen en la construcción de esta importante relación social.
