| Resumen, etc. | En su larga trayectoria histórica, el termino q'aqcha (kajcha, ckaccha) llegó a nombrar posiciones diversas en las relaciones de producción. En el transcurso de estas décadas los q'aqchas a partición, hombre y mujeres, se encontraban tanto en pequeñas empresas como en la poderosa Compañía minera del Cerro de Potos¡ dependiente de Moritz Hochschild a cuyo ascenso contribuyeron grandemente. Fuerte en número y en producción, constituyeron, a favor del desarrollo sindical de esos años, las primeras organizaciones de q'aqchas, germen de las cooperativas mineras.
